Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the remote gambling and betting services made available through the website xperibet.com and any associated mobile or desktop applications branded as Xpari Bet, including the configuration referred to as Xpari Bet. By registering an account or using any services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are effective from 6 November 2025 and remain in force until replaced or updated.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below:
- "Operator" means the offshore corporate entity within the BetB2B network that operates the Xpari Bet services under a Curaçao online gambling sub-licence 365/JAZ (sub-licence GLH-OCCHKTW0707032021) issued by or under the authority of Gaming Curaçao on behalf of the Government of Curaçao, together with any affiliated payment agent established in Cyprus or elsewhere. Public materials frequently refer to Vdsoft & Script Development N.V. or a related N.V. as the operating entity; the precise entity for Xpari Bet may change and will be as stated from time to time on xperibet.com.
- "Website" means xperibet.com and any subdomains or mirrors used to offer the Xpari Bet services, including country-targeted versions such as Xpari Bet.
- "Services" means all remote betting, casino, live casino, virtual sports, and related gambling products, as well as account, payment and customer support services, provided via the Website.
- "User" or "Player" means any natural person who accesses the Website, opens an account, places a Bet or otherwise uses the Services.
- "Account" means the personal, single, real-money and/or bonus account opened and maintained by a User with the Operator for the purpose of using the Services.
- "Bet" means any wager, stake or participation in a gambling or betting offer made via the Services, whether on sports, esports, casino games, live casino tables, virtual events or any other product.
- "Wager" means the amount of real-money or bonus funds staked on a Bet or series of Bets.
- "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, enhanced odds, tournament entry or similar benefit credited to an Account subject to specific conditions.
- "Bonus Funds" means non-withdrawable funds credited to an Account that become withdrawable only after the relevant wagering and other conditions have been satisfied.
- "Real-Money Funds" means deposits, winnings, and other amounts in an Account that are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn in accordance with these Terms.
- "KYC" means "Know Your Customer" checks, including identity, age, address and source-of-funds verification carried out by the Operator to comply with anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing rules and to mitigate fraud and problem gambling.
- "Restricted Jurisdictions" means countries or territories where the Operator does not offer Services, whether due to local law (including the law of the United Kingdom), licensing restrictions, commercial reasons or internal risk assessment, as listed and updated on the Website.
- "UK" means the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, and "Great Britain" means England, Scotland and Wales.
- "Dispute" means any complaint, claim or disagreement arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Services, including settlement of Bets, payments and account decisions.
Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Requirements
- Minimum age: You must be at least 18 years old to open an Account and use the Services. The Operator strictly prohibits underage gambling.
- Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
- Jurisdictional restrictions: You may not open or use an Account if you are resident in, located in, or accessing the Services from any Restricted Jurisdiction. In particular, the Operator does not hold a licence issued by the Gambling Commission of Great Britain; accordingly, residents of Great Britain must not use the Services where such use would contravene the Gambling Act 2005 or other applicable UK law. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services is lawful in your country of residence.
Account Creation Process
- Registration data: To create an Account, you must complete the online registration form on xperibet.com and provide accurate, complete and current information, including (as applicable) your full name, date of birth, country of residence, address, email address, mobile number and preferred currency.
- Email and contact verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address and/or mobile number by entering a code or following a link. Until such verification is completed, certain features, including deposits or betting, may be limited.
- KYC and age verification: The Operator may, at any time (and will in any event before certain thresholds are reached or withdrawals are processed), request KYC documents, which may include:
- a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card, driving licence);
- proof of address (recent utility bill, bank statement or similar);
- proof of ownership of payment method (redacted bank statement or card copy);
- source-of-funds or source-of-wealth evidence where required by AML/CTF regulations or risk assessment.
- Verification timing: The Operator may suspend or limit your Account (including by freezing Bets and withholding withdrawals) until KYC checks are completed to its reasonable satisfaction.
User Obligations and Account Security
- Accuracy of information: You must keep your registration and KYC information accurate and up to date. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information (including misrepresenting your age, identity or residence) constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate suspension or closure of your Account and forfeiture of Bonuses and winnings obtained unlawfully.
- Single account: You may hold only one Account with the Operator. Multiple, duplicate or linked Accounts may be closed, and related Bonuses may be cancelled. If you suspect you have more than one Account, you must notify the Operator immediately.
- Password and access: You must keep your login credentials secure and confidential and must not share them with any third party. You are responsible for all activities conducted under your Account, whether or not authorised by you, until you notify the Operator of suspected compromise and the Operator has had a reasonable time to act.
- Responsible gambling: You must not use funds you cannot afford to lose or funds derived from illegal or non-transparent sources. Where available on the Website, you are encouraged to use responsible gambling tools such as deposit limits, loss limits, session limits and self-exclusion.
- Self-exclusion and vulnerable persons: If you are self-excluded via any national or regional self-exclusion scheme (including in the UK) or have otherwise self-excluded from related brands operating on the same BetB2B infrastructure (such as 1xBet, 22Bet or Melbet), you must not open or use an Account with Xpari Bet. The Operator may, but is not obliged to, apply cross-brand exclusions where technically feasible.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
Placing Bets
- Offer and acceptance: A Bet is deemed offered by you when you confirm it on the betting slip or game interface. A Bet is accepted only when it is registered on the Operator's servers and reflected in your betting history. If any discrepancy arises, the records of the Operator's systems (or of its BetB2B backend infrastructure) will be decisive, subject to obvious error.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each market or game has minimum and maximum stake limits as displayed in the interface. The Operator may adjust limits at any time, refuse to accept a Bet, or accept a Bet only in part. For certain high-risk or high-liability events, the Operator may limit or decline stakes without providing detailed reasons.
- Odds and game rules: Odds, payout tables, game rules and house edges are published in the relevant section of the Website or within the game itself. It is your responsibility to review the applicable rules before placing a Bet.
- Account limiting: The BetB2B network serving brands including Xpari Bet, 1xBet, 22Bet and Melbet is known for applying trading limitations to accounts assessed as high-risk (including consistently winning players). The Operator reserves the right to limit stakes, restrict products, or close Accounts at its discretion in line with these Terms.
Modification, Cancellation and Settlement of Bets
- No unilateral cancellation: Once a Bet has been accepted, you may not cancel or modify it. Cash-out or edit features, where available, are provided on a best-efforts basis and may be withdrawn or limited at any time.
- Errors ("palpable errors"): If a Bet is accepted at clearly incorrect odds, lines or prices (for example, due to obvious typographical errors, reversed lines, or technical faults), the Operator may void the Bet or settle it at the correct odds that should reasonably have applied at the time the Bet was placed.
- Abandoned or void events: Settlement of Bets on postponed, cancelled or abandoned events is governed by the specific sports or game rules published on the Website. Where no specific rule applies, the Operator may void Bets and return the stake.
- Game malfunctions: In casino and live casino games, a malfunction of the game software or hardware will render all affected Bets and payouts void. In such cases, your stake will normally be returned, unless the malfunction is attributable to your misuse or technical manipulation.
Conduct in Live Casino, Chats and Community Features
- Prohibited behaviour: You must behave respectfully towards dealers, staff and other players. You must not use offensive, abusive, defamatory, racist, sexist, hateful, threatening, obscene or otherwise inappropriate language or imagery in chats, usernames or avatars.
- Fraud and collusion: You must not engage in any form of cheating, collusion, use of bots or automated tools, arbitrage exploiting obvious errors, advantage play based on system vulnerabilities, or any other behaviour that provides an unfair advantage or undermines the integrity of the Services.
- Security and technical abuse: You must not attempt to interfere with or manipulate the software, RNGs, odds feeds, payment systems or network infrastructure (including those provided by third-party BetB2B vendors). Any such activity may result in immediate Account closure, voiding of Bets and reporting to relevant authorities.
- Monitoring: The Operator reserves the right to monitor all gaming and chat activity, record live sessions, and retain logs as required to investigate fraud, AML concerns, responsible gambling issues or technical incidents.
Bonus Terms
Bonus Eligibility and Activation
- Offer-specific rules: Bonuses, free bets, free spins and other promotions are subject to specific terms and "Key Terms" published with each offer on xperibet.com. In case of conflict between those terms and these general Bonus provisions, the offer-specific terms prevail.
- Eligibility: Bonus eligibility may depend on your country of residence, Account status, payment method, previous activity and internal risk assessment. The Operator may exclude certain Users or jurisdictions (including parts of the UK) from specific offers without prior notice.
- Activation: A Bonus may require you to:
- opt in on the promotions page or in your Account settings;
- enter a promo code; and/or
- make a qualifying deposit or place a qualifying Bet within a specified time frame.
Wagering Requirements and Time Limits
- Wagering requirements: Bonuses and any winnings derived from them usually become withdrawable only after you have met a wagering requirement (for example, a multiple of the Bonus amount and/or deposit amount) as stated in the offer-specific terms.
- Contribution rules: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering. Generally, slot games contribute a higher percentage, while table games, video poker, live casino and low-risk betting patterns may contribute partially or not at all, as specified for each promotion.
- Time limits: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit stated in the promotion (for example, a set number of days from activation). At the end of the relevant period, unused Bonuses and any pending associated winnings may be removed.
- Bonus abuse and irregular play: The Operator may withhold or cancel a Bonus and associated winnings if it reasonably believes that you have engaged in Bonus abuse or irregular play, including:
- placing equal, zero-margin or low-variance Bets to artificially meet wagering;
- using multiple Accounts or collaborating with others to exploit promotions;
- depositing and withdrawing mainly to receive loyalty rewards or cashback;
- placing large Bets using Bonus Funds after building a balance from low-risk Bets.
Prohibited Games, Actions and Combining Promotions
- Game restrictions: Certain games, bet types or products may be excluded from specific Bonuses (for example, some progressive jackpots, live dealer tables or high-RTP titles). Any such restrictions will be indicated in the promotion terms; Bets on excluded games will not count towards wagering and may lead to forfeiture.
- Combining promotions: Unless expressly allowed, Bonuses cannot be combined. You may have only one active welcome or deposit Bonus at a time. Participation in overlapping promotions (including those run across related BetB2B brands) may be restricted.
- Bonus cancellation: You may request that an active Bonus be cancelled, but this may result in the loss of Bonus Funds and associated winnings not yet converted to Real-Money Funds.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposit Methods, Limits and Fees
- Payment methods: Deposits may be made using payment cards, bank transfers, e-wallets, vouchers and, where available and lawful, virtual currencies or crypto-denominated solutions. The specific options, providers and limits depend on your country and will be displayed in the cashier.
- Payment agents: The Operator may process payments through third-party processors or payment agents, including entities registered in Cyprus or other jurisdictions. Payments may appear on your statement under the name of such agents rather than "Xpari Bet" or "xperibet.com".
- Deposit limits and fees: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier and may vary by method. The Operator generally does not charge deposit fees but reserves the right to do so where indicated. Your bank, card issuer, e-wallet provider or crypto exchange may charge separate fees or apply currency conversion rates.
Withdrawals, KYC and Processing Times
- Withdrawal conditions: You may request a withdrawal of available Real-Money Funds subject to:
- successful completion of KYC and AML checks;
- compliance with wagering requirements and Bonus terms;
- absence of suspected fraud, chargeback or other breach.
- Payment to source: Where practicable, withdrawals should be made to the same payment method used for deposits. The Operator may offer alternative methods if the original method does not support withdrawals.
- Processing times: The Operator aims to review withdrawal requests within a reasonable period (for example, within several business days) but does not guarantee specific timelines. Additional verification, high withdrawal amounts, technical issues or third-party delays may extend processing times.
- Currency conversion: If your Account currency differs from your payment method currency, conversion will occur at rates determined by your payment provider or the Operator's processor. You are responsible for any associated costs.
Refunds, Reversals and Player Funds
- Refunds of Bets and deposits: Generally, Bets once placed are not refundable. In cases of voided events, technical malfunctions or errors, stakes may be returned in accordance with these Terms. Deposit refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances and at the Operator's discretion.
- Chargebacks: You must not make chargebacks or similar payment reversals without valid legal grounds. Doing so may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities and payment providers.
- Segregation of funds and risk disclosure: Under the Curaçao licensing framework (licence 365/JAZ, sub-licence GLH-OCCHKTW0707032021), player funds may not benefit from the same segregation, trust or safeguarding structures required by high-tier regulators such as the UK Gambling Commission. In the event of the Operator's insolvency or financial difficulties, there is a materially increased risk that some or all player funds may be unrecoverable compared with operators licensed in the UK.
- Interest: No interest is payable on balances held in your Account.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations and Game Fairness
- Provision of Services: The Operator will provide the Services with reasonable skill and care, using its BetB2B technical infrastructure and third-party suppliers, but does not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or complete freedom from bugs, latency or security vulnerabilities.
- Random number generators and results: Game outcomes are determined by random number generators (RNGs) or live event results. The Operator endeavours to use RNGs designed to ensure unpredictable outcomes, but, unlike many UK-licensed operators, the Operator's games may not be certified or audited to standards set by UK-specific testing bodies. Where independent certifications exist, they will be indicated in the relevant game or on the Website.
- Accuracy of information: The Operator strives to ensure that odds, event information, results and account histories are accurate. However, certain information is provided by third-party data feeds, and minor discrepancies may occur. In case of conflict, the Operator's internal records and the official results of the relevant events will prevail, subject to obvious error.
Exclusions of Liability
- Technical failures and interruptions: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for:
- technical failures, breakdowns, delays or interruptions of the Website or Services;
- network or communication failures, including internet connectivity issues on your side;
- hardware, software or device incompatibility;
- viruses, DDOS attacks, malicious code or other security incidents not caused solely by the Operator's gross negligence.
- Third-party services: The Operator is not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, banks, card schemes, e-wallets, telecom operators or hosting and data providers, except where required by applicable mandatory law.
- Indirect or consequential losses: The Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, goodwill, data or business opportunities arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
- Regulatory limits and UK-specific protections: The Curaçao licensing regime generally offers lower levels of player protection, formal dispute resolution and fund safeguarding than the regime administered by the Gambling Commission of Great Britain. The Operator's liability, particularly in financial disputes, may therefore be more limited than that of a UK-licensed operator.
Maximum Liability and Mandatory Rights
- Monetary cap: Subject to mandatory consumer protection and gambling laws that cannot be waived, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you arising out of any single incident or series of related incidents will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount of the relevant Bet or Wager; or
- the amount of Real-Money Funds in your Account at the time of the incident.
- No limitation of statutory rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory UK, EU or local laws that apply to you.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership of Content and Software
- Proprietary rights: All intellectual property rights in the Website and Services, including but not limited to the Xpari Bet brand, logos, trade names, domain names (including xperibet.com), graphics, user interface, software, databases, odds compilations, text, audio, video, and other content, are owned by the Operator, its licensors, or other third-party rights holders and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
- Licence to use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Services for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms.
Restrictions on Use
- No copying or distribution: You must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform or otherwise exploit any part of the Website, Services or underlying software, except as expressly permitted by applicable law or these Terms.
- No scraping or data mining: You must not use any automated tools, bots, scrapers, spiders or similar technologies to access, collect or harvest data from the Website or Services.
- Third-party content: Certain content (including games and odds feeds) is provided by third-party suppliers and may be subject to additional terms. You must comply with any such terms where notified.
Privacy & Data Protection
- Privacy policy: The collection, use, storage and sharing of your personal data are governed by the Operator's Privacy Policy as published and updated on xperibet.com. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
- Legal bases and compliance: The Operator processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, which may include the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and, where applicable, the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Processing is based on legal obligations (for example, AML/KYC), contract performance (providing the Services), legitimate interests (security, risk management) and, where required, your consent.
- International transfers: Given the Operator's offshore structure (including entities in Curaçao and payment agents in Cyprus), your personal data may be transferred outside your country of residence. Appropriate safeguards are implemented where required by law.
- Rights: You may have rights to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of your personal data, as well as the right to object to processing and data portability, subject to legal limitations. Details and contact routes are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
- Right to amend: The Operator may amend these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, technical infrastructure (including BetB2B platform changes), product offerings or risk management policies.
- Notification: Material changes will be notified to you by one or more of the following:
- prominent notice on the Website (for example, banner or pop-up);
- email to the address registered on your Account; or
- notification within your Account area upon login.
- Effective date: Each version of the Terms will state its effective date. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
- Disagreement with changes: If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services, close your Account and, if permitted, withdraw any remaining Real-Money Funds. In such circumstances, any unresolved Bets will be settled in accordance with the previous Terms in force at the time the Bet was placed, to the extent permitted by law.
Termination & Suspension
Termination by the User
- Account closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by using the tools provided on the Website (if available) or by contacting customer support. The Operator may require identity verification before closing the Account.
- Withdrawal on closure: Upon closure, you may request withdrawal of any remaining Real-Money Funds, subject to KYC checks and the absence of suspected fraud, chargebacks or other breaches. Bonuses and associated winnings that have not been converted to Real-Money Funds will ordinarily be forfeited.
Suspension and Termination by the Operator
- Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account, void Bets, cancel Bonuses and withhold funds to the extent permitted by law if it reasonably suspects or confirms:
- breach of these Terms, including provision of false information or underage use;
- fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing or other criminal activity;
- Bonus abuse, collusion, use of bots or other unfair practices;
- chargebacks or attempted chargebacks;
- use of the Services from a Restricted Jurisdiction, including where UK law requires local licensing not held by the Operator;
- abusive behaviour towards staff or other players.
- Provisional suspension: While an investigation is ongoing, the Operator may temporarily suspend your Account, freeze funds and block withdrawals.
- Outcome of investigation: If a breach is confirmed, the Operator may:
- close your Account permanently;
- void affected Bets;
- forfeit Bonuses and related winnings; and/or
- report the case to regulators, law enforcement or payment providers.
Notice and Refund of Funds
- Notice: Where reasonably possible, the Operator will inform you by email or in-Account message of the reasons for suspension or termination, subject to legal and regulatory constraints.
- Refund of Real-Money Funds: If your Account is closed for reasons other than suspected fraud, AML concerns or serious breach, Real-Money Funds (excluding Bonuses and associated winnings) will be returned, subject to KYC checks and any lawful set-off of outstanding liabilities (for example, unresolved chargebacks).
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- Governing law: These Terms and any Dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection or gambling rules of your country of residence (including the UK) that cannot be contracted out of.
- Primary jurisdiction: Subject to the paragraph below, you agree that the courts of Curaçao have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any Dispute between you and the Operator.
- Consumers in the UK and other jurisdictions: If you are a consumer resident in the UK or another country whose laws give you the right to bring proceedings in your home courts, nothing in these Terms limits that right. However, as the Operator is not licensed by the Gambling Commission of Great Britain and operates from offshore jurisdictions (primarily Curaçao and, for payments, Cyprus), practical enforcement of judgments may be complex, and service of legal papers may be difficult, as highlighted in the Operator's risk disclosures.
- Dispute resolution procedure: Before commencing court proceedings, you should first submit a complaint to customer support, providing full details and supporting evidence. The Operator will aim to respond within a reasonable period. If you remain dissatisfied, you may seek independent legal advice regarding your rights and options. Any availability of alternative dispute resolution bodies will be indicated on the Website; however, the Curaçao licensing regime may not offer the same formal ADR mechanisms as high-tier regulators such as the UKGC.
Contact Information
- Customer support: Up-to-date contact channels for customer support (including any email addresses, live chat facilities and web forms) are published on xperibet.com in the "Contact" or "Support" section. At the time of drafting, no specific phone numbers or dedicated support emails are confirmed in the source materials and may vary over time.
- Operator and corporate details: The Services are operated within an offshore corporate structure associated with the BetB2B network, with a license-holding entity in Curaçao (currently under master licence 365/JAZ with sub-licence GLH-OCCHKTW0707032021) and a likely payment agent in Cyprus. Public references frequently identify Vdsoft & Script Development N.V. or related N.V. entities as being involved. The exact legal entity and its registered or mailing address for Xpari Bet are subject to clarification and will be as stated on xperibet.com from time to time.
- Regulatory contact: Any regulatory or legal correspondence should be directed to the Operator's registered office in Curaçao or the relevant payment agent in Cyprus, as set out in the legal or "About" sections of xperibet.com. Due to the offshore and relatively opaque nature of this structure, serving legal papers may be more difficult than with operators licensed and established in the UK.
- Author and notices: Content on xperibet.com relating to the Xpari Bet brand, including these Terms, may indicate responsible persons or authors such as Samuel Collins for editorial or informational purposes. Such references do not change the identity of the Operator or the entity legally responsible for providing the Services.
